VK-VVF Kodungallur conducted a Yoga Satra at Maliankara, Ernakulam district, from 19th January 2025 to 20th February 2025. A total of 10 participants regularly attended the sessions
VK Tirupati Branch, and Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati jointly organized a Mass Surya Namaskar event on Prakram Diwas, 23rd January 2025. More than 5,000 people from various institutions attended the event held at NTR Stadium.
VK-VVF Kodungallur conducted a Yoga Satra at Kottuvallikad, Ernakulam, from 9th December 2024 to 6th January 2025. The Satra was attended regularly by nine participants.
VK-VVF Kodungallur celebrated World Meditation Day on 21st December 2024 at the VK-VVF Karyalaya. The event featured two programmes with a total participation of 41 people.
The Foundation course in Yoga was held at Vivekanand Kendra, Kanyakumari along with the new batch of yoga certificate courses from 22nd November to 06th December 2024. 52 participants attended the Shivir who came from various states like Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Assam, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh and Maharashtra.
VK-VVF Kodungallur inaugurated the third Yoga Satra at Anappuzha on 21st November 2024. Twelve people were present during the inaugural session.
