Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Vedic Vision Foundation, Kodungallur conducted a Yoga Satra at Maliankara, Ernakulam district, from 19th January 2025 to 20th February 2025. A total of 10 participants regularly attended the sessions.
Vivekananda Kendra organizes Yoga Satras for the general public across Bharat to provide fundamental training in Yogasanas and Pranayama. These satras aim to introduce Yoga as a way of life based on the vision of oneness. This Yoga Satra at Ernakulam was led by Sri Danasheelan Ji, a Kendra Karyakarta.
The inaugural session was held on 20th January 2025 and was graced by Smt. Prasanna Kumari, Retired Principal of HMYHS, Kottuvallikad.
The concluding session took place on 19th February 2025 at Janachethana Vayanashala, Maliankara. The session was graced by Aadarneeya Sri Sudhakar Ji, Jeevan-vrati Karyakarta of Vivekananda Kendra, along with Sri Radhakrishnan Ji, who delivered a blessing message to the participants. A total of 15 people attended the concluding session.
