Yog training of 50 students of standard 9th (C) Adarsh Vidya Mandir at Kulgaon, Badlapur East, was conducted from 3rd July to 5th August 2023. Students participated in Yog varg with great enthusiasm.
On 5th August, the activity was concluded. The Chairman of Adarsh Vidya Prasarak Sanstha Shri. Uday Kotwal, Principal Mrs. Shirsat, other teaching staff, students and Vivekanand Kendra volunteers were present.
During the concluding ceremony, the students performed Yog practicals and expressed their experiences. Many have also provided written feedbacks. Nagar Pramukh Meenataiji guided all the present students about the many benefits of practicing Yog.
After the success of this initiative, the teachers of the school expressed their desire to have Yog varg of this type for other batches as well.
