The results of State Level Painting Competition on Energy Conservation under National Campaign on Energy Conservation were announced.

After evaluation of the paintings, the jury members nominated by the State Government and NHPC on November 6 selected three paintings from each category “A” (4th, 5th & 6th standard) and “B” (7th, 8th & 9th standard) for national level competition. Ten paintings were selected for consolation prizes from each category.

VKV,Sadiya, school library was inaugurated on 28/10/215. The school library building was donated by the  family of Late.Gopal Singh Limboo founder President of North Eastern Academy.

175th Free Eye Camp at Vivekanandapuram, Kanyakumari on 07/10/2015. Camp was Sponsored by: State Bank of Travancore, Sangamam Social Circle, Kanyakumari. It was Inaugurated by: Shri K Narayanaswami, Chief Manager, State Bank of Travancore, Kanyakumari Branch.

Reached Chennai on 14th July evening. Then went to Vivekananda Kendra, Chennai for lodging. Next day i.e. 15th July, we all the teacher staff went to visit two schools where they are following ABL. There we observed how teachers guiding the ABL students of their school.

4 : Nagar Samiti Prakshishan (Training) at Lakhimpur, Mangaldoi, Nalbari etc.

Anamitra Phukan student of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Golaghat grabbed the Gold Medal in 50m Back Stroke CBSE East Zone at Kanpur and qualified for the national level at Merrut.

Vivekananda Kendra Assam Prant, Branch-Tinsukia organized one free eye camp on 2nd October 2015 at Sankardev Vidya Niketan of Makum in Tinsukia district. The camp was organized in collaboration with Lion K.K.Saharia Eye Hospital of Dibrugarh.

ITANAGAR, Sept 28: Nyishi Elite Society president Bengia Tolum and NHPC Subansiri project Executive Director Rakesh jointly inaugurated 34th Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV) school with hostel facility in presence of VKV Arunachal Pradesh Trust, Director, Dr.
