Foundation Course in Yoga (Yoga Shiksha Shibir) at Kashmir

Venue: Vivekananda Kendra, Ramakrishna Mahasammelan Ashram, Nagdandi, Achabal, Anantnag,
Kashmir - 192201 (J&K)

Camp Contribution: ₹5,000/- (Non-Transferable - Non-refundable)

Eligibility:

• Open to all physically and mentally fit individuals (men and women) aged between 18 and 65 years.

• Participants should be able to perform various yoga asanas and exercises.

• Active participation in the camp schedule is mandatory (from 5 AM to 10 PM).

Accommodation & Food:

• The camp is fully residential.

• Simple dormitory-style accommodation will be provided separately for men and women.

• Simple vegetarian meals will be served.

Reporting Instructions:

• Participants must report to the camp office by 6 PM on June 27th, 2025.  The camp will start at 6.30 with Bhajan Sandhya and an introduction. 

• Departure is only allowed on the concluding day, i.e.,7th July 2025. after 3 PM

• Late reporting and early departure before the camp concludes are strictly not allowed.
