Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Vedic Vision Foundation, Kodungallur conducted a Yoga Satra at Kottuvallikad, Ernakulam, from 9th December 2024 to 6th January 2025. The 21-day Satra was attended regularly by nine participants.
The Satra was inaugurated on 9th December 2024 by Dakshin Prant Sangathak, Aadarneeya Radha Didi. Shri Danasheelan Ji, Kendra Karyakarta, conducted the sessions, guiding participants through the practice of Yoga.
The concluding session was held on 6th January 2025 and was graced by Aadarneeya Sudhakar Ji, Jeevan-vrati Karyakarta of Vivekananda Kendra, who delivered a blessing message to the participants. Kendra Karyakartas from VK-VVF, Shri Radhakrishnan Ji and Shri Jaikishan Ji, were also present for the occasion.
The participants expressed that the Satra was a transformative experience, and they were committed to continuing the Yoga practices they had learned.
