Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag, Kozhikode Niyojit Nagar organized a Sampark at Sri Mookambika Balika Sadanam in Kannur on 24th March 2024, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. A total of 30 Balikas and 50 patrons were present during the Sampark.
Sri Mookambika Balika Sadanam is run by the Sarvamangala Charitable Trust under the guidance of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Every Sunday, trustees, patrons, and well-wishers of the trust gather at the center and have lunch with the girls. Kendra karyakarthas visited the center and interacted with them on this day. Kendra activities were briefly introduced to the people there. The Karyakarthas spent some time interacting with the patrons and girls, participated in the Annapooja, and had lunch with them.
After lunch, Dakshin Prant Sangathak, Mananeeya Radha Devi Didi interacted with the girls, narrating stories that they enjoyed. She reminded them to be aware of the divine potential within them, encouraging them to be fearless and content in life. 10 copies of Swami Vivekananda Ji’s storybooks was also donated to them, provided by Vivek Ji.
During the visit, Kendra karyakarthas had an opportunity to meet Sajeevan Master and Sri. Narayan Ji, who are in charge of the Balika Sadanam activities. Ma. Radha Didi, Sri Udayan Ji, and Sri Sivanandan Ji were accompanied by Adv. Sri Keshavan Ji, Adv. Sri Deepak Ji, and Sri Vinod Kumar Ji.
