Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag karyakarthas had a Mass Samparka at Sridharma Kalari Sangham, Kottakkal, Vadakara, on 22nd December 2024. A total of 32 people participated in the gathering.
The meeting was arranged by Sri Sunil Gurukkal of Sridharma Kalari Sangham as a follow-up to the Samparka conducted in February 2024. Before the meeting commenced, a few children gathered at Sri Sunil Ji’s home while others arrived at the courtyard. Dakshin Prant Sangathak, Adharneeya Radha Didi, and Sri Anil Ji interacted informally with the attendees, most of whom were also present during the February meeting.
In the earlier session, Radha Didi had introduced the basic concept of Amrita Parivar to the participants. This time, Didi emphasized how to maintain a harmonious home environment and plan daily routines that strengthen family bonds. The informal setup encouraged active interaction and meaningful discussions.
Shri Ramachandran Ji and Sri Anil Ji also addressed the gathering, speaking about the importance of maintaining a dharmic routine in family life. During the discussions, it came to light that religious conversion groups are active in the area, targeting several Hindu families, which has become a significant concern.
To counter these challenges, the families decided to organize monthly gatherings with the support of karyakartas from Vadakara. Plans to initiate Personality Development Classes (PDC) for children were also discussed. Follow-up activities with Sri Sunil Ji will be coordinated by the karyakartas to ensure sustained progress.
