As a part of Gita Jayanti Celebrations, the Mysore Branch of Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag, organized an Amrit Parivar program at the Karyalaya on December 16, 2023.
The program began with an overview of Vivekananda Kendra’s service activities, followed by an explanation of the Amrit Parivar concept. The event saw participation from 17 members belonging to 7 families, leading to the formation of one Sankul comprising 5 families. Engaging activities included the children chanting Dhyana Shloka and singing bhajans.
As a follow-up, a Parivar Milan program, combined with Gita Jayanti Celebrations, is scheduled for December 25, 2023.
