The  Birthday of Lord Ganesha is celebrated as Vinayaga Chathurthi. Every year we celebrate the festival by preparing the idol of Lord  Ganesha  with the help of IX and XI Std  students.

Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti organized Samartha Prashikshan Karyasala (Trainer’s Training Workshop) at VKV,Tinsukia for the teachers of Arunachal Pradesh.

Krishna Jeyanthi is celebrated on the eighth day of the Krishna Paksha of the month of shravana in the Hindu calendar.

15th August is a golden day in the history of our nation. It was on this day in 1947, that India achieved her independence from foreign rule.

Mathematics Teachers Orientation Camp conducted by VKSPV, Guwahati at VKV Dibrugarh from 2nd August to 4th August 2014.

Independence Day was celebrated in a grand level on  15th August in our school campus.  Shri.  Sankararaman, Advocate & Secretary of Madha Amirthanantha Mayi Samithi hoisted the National flag.  Shri. Ayyappanji, Secretary of RDP, Vivekananda Kendra, Smt.

Swami Vivekananda always stressed the need of the harmonious development of heart and head in Education. We have many activities for the cognitive development but very few for the heart. We need to aim that our children and co –workers feel secured and loved and for that we should be affectionate towards them. The growth of the heart is possible only when one is aware of the needs of the people around.
