Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, Chamundeshwari Devi Vibhag, Mysuru Nagar, organized a Swadhyaya Competition Workshop and Universal Brotherhood Day programme on 11 September 2026 at Maharani’s Arts College, Mysuru. The programme witnessed the participation of 300 students, 8 professors and 1 Karyakarta.
Aadaraneeya Shri Aravinda Bhaiya, Karnataka Prant Sah Sangathak addressed the gathering on the importance and significance of Universal Brotherhood Day. He highlighted Swami Vivekananda’s message of brotherhood and its relevance in developing unity and harmony in society.
As part of the programme, Prof. Prasanna from Government First Grade College (GFGC), Mandya, conducted a Personality Development session for the students. The session encouraged them to develop confidence, positive qualities and a purposeful approach towards their personal growth.
The programme provided an opportunity for the students to understand the message of Universal Brotherhood and reflect on the importance of personality development and Swadhyaya in shaping their lives.
