Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag, Mandya Niyojit Nagar, inaugurated a new Anandalaya at Guru Jnana Vidyalaya, Hosahalli, Mandya, on 30th September 2024.
The event was graced by Sri Shivakumarji, Secretary of the school, Sri Siddegowdaji, Samparka Pramukh, Sri Aravindaji, and Smt. Pallavi, the Anandalaya teacher. A total of 28 students enrolled in the Anandalaya program.
The inauguration began with the Anandalaya prayer, followed by an introduction highlighting the purpose and importance of Anandalaya. Afterward, value-based games were organized for the students.
Additionally, four girls from Madava Vidyalaya expressed their interest in starting Anandalayas in Ananbady and Vinayaka Nagar areas.
