Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag, Marathahalli Branch conducted a Let's Play Exam! Exam!! (Pariksha De Hanste! Hanste!!) workshop for students of D.B.M. & RJS High School in Koramangala. A total of 97 participants attended the workshop.
“Let's Play Exam! Exam!!” is a Yoga module of Vivekananda Kendra, specially designed for students preparing for public and competitive exams.
The workshop covered various topics including Goal Setting, Confidence, Concentration, Memory, Exam Tips, Scientific Study Methods, Time Management, Energy Conservation, Rest Cycle, and Mind Mapping. It featured activities, games, and Yoga sessions.
The workshop was led by Kendra Karyakartha Sri Bharath Anna. Dr. Chandrashekhar Tejaswi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The facilitation team included Sri Shirish Anna, Smitha Akka, Sandhya Didi, Veena Didi, and Chandrakala Akka. Eight volunteers from RJS PU College, along with Kendra Karyakarthas from VK RT Nagar and VK Hebbal, provided invaluable support for the program.
The Principal of the school, Smt. Jessy George, and the management of RJS School have been very supportive of Vivekananda Kendra’s activities. The students responded positively to the workshop, and there are plans to discuss the regular activities of the Kendra at RJS School.
