Deepavali, the "Festival of Lights," is a celebrated cultural festival in Bharat that holds profound spiritual significance, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil.

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Arunachal Prant, Siang Vibhag celebrated Deepavali with joy and auspiciousness in various branches:

Aalo Branch: Kendra karyakartas and Ignited Youth Forum members gathered at the Kendra Karyalaya on October 31, 2024, to celebrate Deepavali. The celebration included a shared dinner and bursting of crackers and fireworks, with a total of 25 karyakartas participating.

Basar Branch: At Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Basar, karyakartas from the Ignited Youth Forum celebrated Deepavali by lighting earthen lamps and enjoying fireworks together. A total of 27 karyakartas attended, sharing the joyous spirit of the festival.

Pasighat Branch: The Pasighat branch celebrated Deepavali at the Pasighat Karyalaya, where karyakartas gathered to light earthen lamps, burn crackers, and enjoy a bhajan sandhya. The event was graced by Pasighat Nagar Sanchalak Rtd. Group Captain Mohonto Panging Pao ji and Pasighat Nagar Yuva Pramukh Dr. Kamin Modi ji who joined the celebration and offered guidance to the karyakartas. A total of 21 karyakartas were present.

Each branch’s Deepavali celebrations embodied the spirit of Deepavali in its fullest sense.
