Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Kallubalu (Karnataka Prant), organized a series of Career Guidance and Student Development Programmes for the students.
A Career Guidance Workshop was organized for students of Classes IX and X on 12 September 2026, with 77 students participating. The session was conducted by the THRIVE Team, led by its founder, Shri Sachin Ji. He guided the students on career planning, competitive examinations, overcoming fear and the importance of discipline, initiative and consistency in achieving their goals.
The session was interactive, providing students with an opportunity to clarify their doubts about various career options. Shri Sachin Ji also shared real-life success stories, encouraging the students to identify their aspirations, develop confidence and work consistently towards their goals.
A Scholarship Distribution and Cluster-Level Sports Competition Programme was also organized, witnessing a total participation of 215 people. The programme commenced with a prayer, followed by a Vivekananda Geet presented by the students of Class X.
During the programme, scholarships were presented to three deserving students in the presence of Shri Ajay Ji, Ms. Annapurna Didi and Ms. Jayanthi Didi. The guests encouraged the students to strive for excellence and make the best use of the opportunities available to them. Annapurna Didi also shared an inspiring account from her son’s life.
The programme also included appreciation of the students’ craft work and an impressive Mallakhamba demonstration. It concluded with the distribution of Prasadam. The programmes provided meaningful opportunities for the students to receive career guidance, encouragement and exposure to activities promoting confidence, discipline and overall development.
