Priksha De Haste Haste @ Itanagar

Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti, Itanagar has organized a five days workshop ‘’Priksha De Haste Haste’’ for the college students in order to prepared mentally, physically and psychologically fit for appearing various exam in their life. The five days workshop was conducted by senior karyakartas of Vivekananda Kendra as a resource person of that workshop, dealing on various exam related elements like- concept of exam, yoga for exam, concentration, memory power, time management,confidence building, importance sleeping ,technique for gaining energy and effective way of study etc. the duration of workshop was 2 hours daily from 10 am to 12 pm from 24 to 28 April 2017 at ArunJyoti karayala , Itanagar. The workshop was attended 12 students from Dera Natung govt. college, community college, Itanagar along with karyakaras. The resource person shri Taro Sindik, Tana Yapu & shri Taba Tatup was dealing on concept of exam , confidence building ,memory power, concentration respectively. Apart from these participants were train to do yagasana’s , asana’s , pranayama , desh bhakti geet , games etc. for their all round development.
