Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Vedic Vision Foundation, Kodungallur celebrated Vijayadashami and Vidyarambham at the VK-VVF Karyalaya on 13th October, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A total of 35 people participated in the program.
Vidyarambham is a traditional Hindu ceremony marking a child’s formal initiation into the world of learning. It is especially observed on Vijayadashami, the final day of the Navaratri festival.
Aadarneeya Sri Sudhakar Ji, a Senior Jeevan-vrati Karyakarta of Vivekananda Kendra, presided over the Vidyarambham ceremony, initiating the children into the world of letters. He blessed them and shared the significance of Vidyarambham, encouraging them in their educational journey.
Mananeeya Dr. Lakshmi Kumari Didi, Director of VK-VVF, also graced the occasion with her presence, offering blessings to the children.
