Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag, RT Nagar Branch, celebrated Raksha Bandhan with Kendra Varga at Jalahalli Wellness Yoga Path Centre on 25th August 2024, from 7.40 p.m. to 8.40 p.m. A total of 16 people participated in the event.
The event began with a prayer led by Sri Jayasankar Ji, followed by a Subhashita by Smt. Usharani Teacher. Sri Jayasankar Ji then facilitated an open discussion on issues related to Bangladesh.
RSS Ayyappa Vasati Sampark Pramukh, Sri Manoj Ji, explained the significance of Raksha Bandhan, and the celebration continued with the traditional tying of rakhis. The Kendra Varga concluded with the Shanti Mantra. The event was anchored by Kum. Jyotsna. After the conclusion, everyone had Amrutha Bhojan together.
