Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Kanyakumari celebrated the birth anniversary of Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade as Sadhana Diwas on 19th November, 2012. The school also organized a science and arts exhibition which concluded on that that day.
The untiring efforts of Eknathji in building the majestic Rock memorial at the feet of Bharat mata and formation of the man-making nation-building mission, Vivekananda Kendra, were recounted. Sri K. Manokaran, District Educational Officer, Nagercoil was the chief guest. He praised Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade for his efforts in the construction of V. K and Vivekananda Rock Memorial and also appreciated our students for their scientific talent and beautiful paintings.
