Before program started, we lighted the lamp and pushpanjali by all participants. Program started with 3 Omkar and shanti Mantra. For vigourous and enthusiastic environment, a geet was taken. After that, we had a short interactive discussion on Yoga: A way of life and benefits of Suryanamaskar among participants.
Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari, Jammu started 7 day Yoga session in a Roop Nagar park with proper care of physical distancing.
