Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu Vibhag, Rural Development Program (VKRDP) is pleased to announce the Youth Padayatra to Pancha Bhuta Sthalas in South Tamil Nadu, scheduled to take place from September 29th, 2024 to September 30th, 2024.

The Padayatra covers the following Pancha Bhuta Sthalas:

• Arulmigu Nachadai Thavirththu Aruliyanathar Temple, Devadanam (Agaya Sthalam -Sky Element)
• Arulmigu Thiripuranathar Temple, Thenmalai, Tirunelveli (Vayu Sthalam - Air Element)
• Arulmigu Paalvannanathar Temple, Karivalamvandanallur, Tirunelveli (Agni Sthalam - Fire Element)
• Arulmigu Mathyasthanathar Temple, Dharugapuram, Tirunelveli (Neer Sthalam - Water Element)
• Arulmigu Sankara Narayanan Temple, Sankaran Kovil, Tirunelveli (Nila Sthalam - Prithvi/Earth Element)

This Padayatra aims to connect young individuals with nature, promote the conservation of natural resources and instill virtues such as environmental consciousness, spiritual growth, and self-sustainability.

We extend a cordial invitation to individuals aged 15 and above, who are physically and mentally fit, to join us on this enriching padayatra.

Participants should report to Arulmigu Mathyasthanathar Temple, Dharugapuram, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, on 28th September at 5 p.m., with arrangements for an overnight stay at the temple.
