Vivekananda Kendra Vedic Vision Foundation, Kodungallur (Keralam Prant) held Yoga Satra Valedictory Function on 10th July 2026 at Kothaparambu, Kodungallur, marking the successful completion of a Yoga Satra coordinated by Smt. Sweta Ji.
The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, creating an atmosphere of peace and inspiration. Adarneeya Sudhakar Ji, Senior Jeevanvrati of Vivekananda Kendra, renowned yoga teacher, and author, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring address, he emphasized the transformative power of regular yoga practice in promoting physical health, mental clarity, and inner harmony. He encouraged the participants to adopt yoga as a lifelong discipline for holistic well-being.
A total of 12 participants successfully completed the yoga satra and were awarded certificates during the valedictory programme. The event concluded with a group photograph and expressions of gratitude to Smt. Sweta Ji for her dedicated efforts in organizing the Yoga Satra.
The valedictory function inspired the participants to continue their yogic journey with renewed commitment towards leading healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.
