As a part of the International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations, a special yoga programme was organized by Vivekananda Kendra Vedic Vision Foundation, Kodungulur (Keralam Prant) at Sree Saraswathy Vidyanikethan, Edavilangu, on 19th June 2026. Held from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 130 students.
The event was conducted under the leadership of Ms. Sheela Lal Chechi, The comprehensive session introduced the participants to various dynamic yoga practices specially designed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and sharp self-discipline. Demonstrating great interest and dedication, the students actively immersed themselves in the practices, making the initiative highly successful in raising awareness about the vital role yoga plays in fostering holistic development and daily wellness.
