Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, Chamundeshwari Devi Vibhag, Hanumanalu Karyasthan celebrated the International Day of Yoga on 20th and 21st June 2026 at Shri Sharada Shikshana Samsthe, Hanumanalu. The programmes witnessed the total participation of 730 people, with 480 participants on 20th June and 250 participants on 21st June.
The celebrations were organized to promote the importance of Yoga for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Participants enthusiastically performed Surya Namaskara and various Yogasanas, creating awareness about the benefits of regular yoga practice. The programmes were conducted successfully and inspired students to incorporate Yoga into their daily lives for a healthy, disciplined, and balanced lifestyle.
