The discussion on the areas of future joint ventures was discussed with Shri Seinraij President and Kong Waisa Sumer, Joint Secretary of the Seminar team. . The areas before us are culture, health, education, etc. The collaborative participation of Seinraij Jowai was very systematic and organized. The seminar was a very much learning experience for all.

Vivekananda Kendra Belgavi, celebrated Gita Jayanti on December 19th at Shri Keshav Kulkarni's house. Shri Keshavji who is Sanskrit teacher explained the importence of Srimadbhagvadgita in our life. Gita pojan also was performed by all the Karyakartas including Shri Sanjay Kulkarni.

विवेकानंद केंद्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा -रायपुर द्वारा गीता जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में फुटबॉल प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया  l इस प्रतियोगिता में तीन टीमों ने भाग लिया, साथ ही प्रत्येक टीम द्वारा भगवत गीता का श्लोक अर्थ सहित प्रस्तुत किया गया,

Shri D. Bhanudas, General Secretary, Vivekananda Kendra delivered the valedictory speech on concluding day (Dec 8th). Dr. L. Mahadevan Leading Ayurvedic practitioner, was the MAIN SPEAKER at the Valedictory function and enlivened the audience with his live KEYNOTE ADDRESS.

A Three Day Personality Development Camp was organized by Vivekanand Kendra(VK) Prashikshan Va Sewa Prakalpa, Pimpalad, Tryambakeshwar Dist.Nashik. The Shibir was inaugurated by Shri Vishwas Devkar (Sr Editor and Sahasanchalak of VK Kanyakumari Nashik Branch)

With the intention of fulfilling the social obligation, the volunteers of Kendra come together for bringing happiness in the life of those belonging to forest and mountainous regions hence deprived of the basic facilities and other developments and of course away from the pompous celebrations of Diwali.

At Vivekananda Kendra Kaushalam - the three months weekend Yoga Teachers Training concluded on 10th November 2018. Total 20 participants participated in the last concluding weekend where yoga teacher Sri Pulluriji gave guidance. 

Focusing only on the environment would not help serve the cause of Sustainable Development. Along with it, the economy and society too have to be taken into consideration when we aim for achieving development that also secures the needs of future generations.

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Madurai Branch celebrated “Sadhana Diwas” commemorating Karmayogi Eknathji’s Jeyanthi , the program of rededication as “Sadhanai Dinam” on 11.11.2018 at Sai Ananda Nilayam in TVS Nagar,

Su.Sri Usha didi and Shri.Karthikji were the spontaneous chief guests . the programme was conducted with discipline and exhuberant enthusiasm. Even the small [ mimary ] students maintained silence and discipline. The vote of thanks was delivered by Nikhil sir. The programme was concluded with Shantimantra. It was a beautiful, short and sweet celebration, which was enjoyed by every one.

Vivekananda Kendra Belgaum organised Sadhana Diwas ie Birth Anniversary of Mananiy Eknathji Ranade at the residence of Shri Keshav Kulkarni,a Senior VK karyakarta.Lighting of Lamp and garlanding of Portraits of Swami Vivekananda and Eknathaji followed by speeches by shri Ashok Hullagaddi ,Vilas Chavan and Mrs.Shantala.

How true is the saying! Only those who have treaded the same path will understand the true meaning of these words. Since its inception, Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari has literally lived this saying. All its projects are designed and oriented towards the upliftment of the underprivileged with the active participation of the community. It is the community which understands the problems they face better than any outsider, so the community must come together to actively participate in the mitigation of the same. 

On 10th November evening, one CME was arranged and Doctors from Dibrugarh were invited to attend the CME. The objective was to create awareness for Cochlear Implant. Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva gave a power point presentation on Cochlear Implant and had some lively interaction with the Doctors of Dibrugarh. 15 Doctors participated in the programme.
