Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag organized a Temple Cleaning Seva on 27th August, 2023. 22 Kendra Karyakarthas from RT Nagar, Hebbal and JP Nagar involved themselves in this punya karya.
On the auspicious occasion of Ekadashi day, VK Karnataka Vibhag Karyakartas performed Temple cleaning seva at Sri Arunachaleshwar temple in Sanjaynagar, Bengaluru. All the Karyakartas, including children under the guidance of elders, diligently swept and mopped the temple premises, ensuring its cleanliness. They also took care of cleaning the temple puja lamps, stand, and bells.
Karnataka Vibhag Pramukh Sri. Prasad Anna explained the importance of Karma Yoga and the significance of Rakshabandhan. Additionally, a Bhajan Sandhya was conducted, along with Rakshabandhan celebrations, where Rakhis were tied among the participants. Karnataka Vibhag Vyavastha Pramukh Sri. Pradeep Anna coordinated the entire activity.
