Age Group: The retreat is open to those aged 65 and above who are physically and mentally fit.

Retreat Contribution: The retreat contribution is Rs. 5000 (non-refundable & non-transferable) and covers shared dormitory accommodation, common bathroom facilities, and simple vegetarian meals. Those who want to have a separate room can book accommodation at https://yatra.vrmvk.org/ ( it is not included in the contribution)

Language: The mediums of instruction are Hindi and English.
