VK-VVF Kodungallur organized a Sadhana Diwas programme at Sandeepani Shishuvihar on November 19, 2023, attended by a total of 50 people.
In continuation to the decision to conduct Yoga Sangamam’s VK-VVF has conducted
Yoga Sangamam Initiative of VK-VVF Karyakartas to promote and ensure more and more participation for IYD was conducted at Thrippekulam Village. Aa.Sudhakar ji started the Sangamam by ligting the lamp and briefed on Yoga for daily life. Training and guidance of Yoga Protocol for IYD was done at the Sangamam.
There were 60 participited in the event.
Yoga Sangamam Initiative for spreading the message of International Day of Yoga and it’s protocol by VK-VVF Karyakartas conducted at Thottipully Kalanilayam.
Aa.Raghunanthan Ji started the Sangamam by ligting the lamp and addressed the gathering on importance of Yoga & Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Shri.Sreekumar Ji (Kalaripayattu Teacher) also spoke on the occasion. Shri.Radhakrishnan Ji was also present at the occasion.
Vivekananda kendra Vedic Vision Foundation started a unique programme titled as "Atma Deepo Bhava" which is a workshop to mould ones own life. Four eminent personalities will be conducting these classes and they will be guiding by answering the questions and answers.
Online morning mediation classes started yesterday from 5.30 to 6.30 has become online yoga varga with 25 participants, Man Lakshmi Didi continued her second talk on concept of family which is attracting many more mothers, which is a welcoming sign.
