Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, Kempegowda Vibhag Yuva Toli, organized a Youth Trek at Jnana Bharati Campus on 30 August 2026, in collaboration with Shri Pavan Kalyan Anna, VK Karyakarta from the National Law School. The programme witnessed the participation of 21 youth from three institutions—National Law School, Surana College and Akshara PU College.
The participants trekked to the Hanuman Temple, where they took part in Bhajans. This was followed by interactive games and group discussions, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, fellowship and meaningful interaction among the youth.
As part of the interaction, the participants were introduced to the vision and various activities of Vivekananda Kendra, with special emphasis on the role of youth in nation-building. The discussions encouraged them to reflect on their responsibilities towards society and the nation.
The trek provided the youth with an opportunity to connect with nature, develop team spirit and interact with one another in a meaningful way. The enthusiastic participation and discussions made the programme an engaging and inspiring experience for the youth.
