Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Gujarat Prant, Bhavnagar Vibhag, Bhavnagar Branch, organized a Youth Conference on the occasion of National Youth Day and Swami Vivekananda Jayanti on January 12, 2024, at Kala Kendra, Samaldas Arts College in Bhavnagar. A total of 101 energetic youth participated in the program.
The event commenced with the registration of students, and a short film on Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Vivekananda Kendra's service activities was screened. Value games were conducted to demonstrate how the body and mind work together, uplifting the spirits of the youth.
The main speaker was introduced, followed by patriotic songs and Vivekvani (Quotations of Swami Vivekananda). Captain Sri. Jaidevbhai Joshi ji, Ex-Army Officer, delivered a motivational talk on various topics, including westernization, cyber trolling, persistence, and hard work. The Ignited Youth Forum was also launched during this session.
After the inspiring discussions, everyone offered pushpanjali to Swami Vivekananda and resolved to dedicate themselves to the service of the nation.
