Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari is proud to announce that two students from Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Lamba Line, Sri Vijaya Puram (West Bengal Prant) — Kum. D. Lekha and Shri. Manav Halder — have been selected for the prestigious ISRO Young Scientist Program (YUVIKA-2025).
Out of 350 talented Class 9 students selected from across India, only seven students from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands were chosen for this esteemed program. It is a moment of great pride that VKV is represented by these two exceptional students.
They will participate in a 12-day fully residential camp from May 18th to May 31st, during which they will have the golden opportunity to interact with renowned scientists, explore ISRO’s space centres, and gain valuable insights into space research and STEM education.
