Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag, R.T. Nagar Branch, celebrated the Raksha Bandhan in the Samskar Varga at the Samhita School of Performance Arts on August 27, 2023. A total of 50 persons, including 47 Samskar varga children and 3 shikshaks took part in the celebration.
The schedule of the program included a prayer, Shubhashita, slokas, yoga, Geeth, games, avlokan, Shanti Mantra, and Kendra prayer. The children enjoyed tying rakhis to each other, which they had made themselves. The importance of Raksha Bandhan was explained by Ms. Thara Didi, Sri. Bharath Ji, and Kum. Bindhushree. Prasada was distributed to all.
