Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, Hebbal Nagar Branch celebrated Raksha Bandhan on Shravana Purnima (9th August 2025) from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Vivekananda Kendra Hebbal, Coffee Board Layout, Hebbal. A total of 65 participants attended the programme.
The festival of Raksha Bandhan, observed in the month of Shravana, was celebrated with devotion and cultural spirit. The programme began with the chanting of Vishnu Sahasranama, followed by a soulful Bhajan Sandhya. The celebration concluded with the tying of rakhis, symbolising the bond of protection and harmony.
