Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag, Thiruvananthapuram Branch conducted Personality Development Workshop on 30th July 2023 at NSS Karayogam, Chittazha, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. A total of 40 people including 26 children, 7 parents, 3 NSS Karayogam organisers and 4 Kendra Karyakarthas participated in this workshop.
The workshop commenced with prayer. Sri. Arjun ji addressed the children. He initiated his talk by providing a concise recapitulation of the preceding month's workshop and offered a brief introduction of Vivekananda Kendra, Vivekananda Rock Memorial and its Karyakarthas. Engaging anecdotes from Swami Vivekananda's life resonated well with the children, as did the interactive games and thought-provoking discussions that followed.
The program concluded with Anuloma Viloma practice, Omkar Chanting, and the Shanti Mantra. Additionally, all participants received the 'Ek Bharat Vijayi Bharat' booklet in Malayalam along with a picture of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial.
