Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Odisha Prant, Jyoti Vibhag, Rourkela Branch, celebrated Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti, observed as Parakram Diwas, on 23rd January 2025. The celebration took place at Pradhan Pali, Koelnagar, a serene natural spot ideal for trekking and connecting with nature. A total of 24 karyakartas participated in the event.
The program aimed to connect with nature, emphasizing the importance of harmony with the environment for personal and spiritual growth. The event honored Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, whose adventurous spirit and courage continue to inspire young minds. Karyakartas reflected on his determination, strength, and selfless service, drawing lessons for their own lives.
The celebration also focused on self-discovery, encouraging karyakartas to explore their inner strength and resilience through challenging activities like trekking. The experience fostered confidence, teamwork, and perseverance among participants. The activities included a trekking adventure, exploring the trails of Pradhan Pali to test endurance and teamwork.
