Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Uttar Prant, Delhi Branch, organized a One-Day Personality Development Workshop titled ‘One Life, One Mission’ for youth aged 14 to 40 years on 2nd March 2025 at Vivekananda International Foundation, Chanakyapuri, Delhi. The workshop aimed at nurturing holistic personality development, with 45 participants engaging in various activities that focused on their physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being.

To encourage mindfulness, the participants underwent a digital detox, as mobile phones were not allowed during the workshop. The session began at 9:30 a.m. with a self-reflective activity where participants wrote answers to thought-provoking questions designed to initiate self-analysis.

The Introductory Session was chaired by Dr. Nikhil Yadav Ji, Prant Sah Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra, Uttar Prant. Following this, the participants engaged in physical and mental games aimed at enhancing cognitive ability, mental alertness, and basic physical fitness.

The next session featured a 30-minute guided meditation conducted by Nikhil Ji, providing participants with an opportunity to relax and re-energize. This was followed by a Swadhyay Varg (study circle) where the group read and discussed the chapter “Life: A Combination of Time and Energy” from the book Spiritualizing Life.

After lunch, participants took part in a skit presentation on the theme “Choosing One Means Rejecting All Others.” This activity helped build public speaking skills and confidence as participants prepared and performed skits on the spot.

The workshop concluded with a group discussion, where participants shared their key takeaways from the day. After a group photograph, each participant received a copy of “Vivekananda Rock Memorial – A Perennial Source of Inspiration.”
