Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, Mysore Branch organized a Kendra Parichaya programme on 31st May 2025 at the Kendra Karyalaya in Mysore. The programme was specially arranged for 11 newly joined Nivasi Karyakarthas and their parents, with a total of 39 participants.
These Nivasi Karyakarthas will stay at a Karyalaya of Vivekananda Kendra for a specific period, during which they will continue their academic studies while also contributing their time and energy to Kendra activities. The aim of the programme was to deepen their understanding of the mission and work of Vivekananda Kendra.
The programme commenced with a prayer led by Sri Raju, Yuva Pramukh, followed by bhajans and patriotic songs. The sessions were conducted by Dr. A. S. Chandrashekar ji, Nagar Sanchalak, Sri Aleman Muralidhar ji, Karnataka Prant Sanchalak, Sri Venkatesh ji, Karnataka Prant Sah Sanchalak, Sri Srinivas ji, Vyavastha Pramukh, Smt. Geeta Didi, Nidhi Toli Sadasya, and Smt. Gayatri Akka, Amrit Pariwar Pramukh. All the speakers guided and inspired the karyakarthas and their parents, helping them connect more deeply with the ideals and responsibilities of Vivekananda Kendra.
