Before program started, we lighted the lamp and pushpanjali by all participants. Program started with 3 Omkar and shanti Mantra. For vigourous and enthusiastic environment, a geet was taken. After that, we had a short interactive discussion on Yoga: A way of life and benefits of Suryanamaskar among participants. Now we came to physical mode and started streching exercises which was followed 51 Suryanamaskar Mahayagya. After some lite refreshments, we conclude the program on a positive note with Sarve Bhavantu. Total 47 people participated in the program.
