Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Tamilnadu Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Rural Development Programme, Kovilpatti Branch organized Free Eye Check-up Camp at Government Higher Secondary School, Passuvandanai, Thoothukudi on 24th of September, 2023.
The eye check-ups were conducted by a dedicated medical team from Aravind Eye Hospital, Thoothukudi. The event facilitated comprehensive eye examinations for 186 outpatients. 30 patients diagnosed with cataract were referred for further treatment at Aravind Eye Hospital, Thoothukudi.
