Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Tamilnadu Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Rural Development Programme, Kovilpatti Branch organized Free Eye Check-up Camp at Sekkarakkudi in Thoothukudi District on 25th of February, 2024.
The eye check-ups were conducted by a dedicated medical team from Aravind Eye Hospital, Thoothukudi. The event facilitated comprehensive eye examinations for 123 outpatients from 30 surrounding villages. 10 patients were referred for further treatment at Aravind Eye Hospital, Thoothukudi and 15 patients were provided with eyeglasses.
