Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Tamilnadu Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Rural Development Programme, Kovilpatti Branch organised a district level Cultural Competition for rural school students on 20th January 2024 at Eesana Math in Tirunelveli.
The competitions were conducted with topics related to Swami Vivekananda and Indian culture. The primary objective of these competitions is to introduce and foster an appreciation for Indian culture among the children.
In this event, Sri. Kamachi, Kendra well-wisher and Aivai Pulipatti Panchayat Union Middle School Headmaster, Sri. Natarajan, Proprietor of Aruna Jewellery, Tirunelveli, Sri. Sankaranarayanan, Eesana Math Manager and Sri. Paramaguru Ji, Secretary of VK RDP Kovilpatti Branch attended and graced the occasion. 125 students from 37 schools, 17 teachers and 42 parents participated in the event along with Kendra Well-wishers and volunteers.
