Vivekananda Kendra Institute of Culture, Guwahati is offering a few Junior Fellowships to do empirical studies in the areas of Culture and Development of Northeast India.
Selected applicants will have to work under supervision of assigned supervisors, get involved in academic activities of the Institute and produce a publishable work. The duration of the fellowship is six months. Each fellowship carries an amount of Rs. 15,000/ per month.
Interested persons preferably with post-graduate degree in the disciplines of sociology, anthropology, geography, cultural studies, economics, history, education, environmental sciences, botany and plant sciences may apply with a concept note (500 words) and curriculum vitae by August 15, 2016.
