Eligibility: Age: 18+ [Eighteen and above]
Course Content: Yogasanas, Meditation, Pranayama & Kriyas, Yogic relaxation methods, Study of Yoga, Shastras, Bhagavad Gita, Indian Culture
Accommodation: The Camps are fully residential. Simple dormitory accommodation - Separate for men and women - will be provided.
Things to fetch: In addition to your clothes, soap, etc. please carry: Mosquito net, light bedding, note book- pen
Dress code for exercises: Men: Track pants/ pyjamas+ T-shirt / equivalent Women: salwar set + odni
Food: Yogic diet - Simple vegetarian food
