Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari commemorated the 150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram on 7th November 2025, celebrating the national song of Bharat as a symbol of unity, patriotism, and spiritual awakening. The observance reflected the Kendra’s commitment to preserving civilizational heritage and fostering national integration in the spirit of Swami Vivekananda’s vision.

Across Bharat, programs were organized by various branches, projects, and activity centres of Vivekananda Kendra. Celebrations took place at 92 locations, bringing together 17,505 participants, including students, teachers, staff, karyakarthas, and community members. The events featured collective singing, patriotic discourses, cultural presentations, and youth engagement activities, creating a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere of devotion towards the Motherland.
