15th August has a special significance in the history of our nation. It was on this day, in 1947, India attained freedom from the strangle hold of the mighty British. All the Indians pay their tribute to the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives and fought to free motherland.

Vivekananda Kendra Prakashan Trust, Chennai had orgnanised Guru Poornima Programme on 25th July 2021 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. This programme also had an online option via zoom. VKPT karyakarthas, yoga satra and varga participants, SATYAM project participants attended the programme. The total no. of participants was 47 (including online and offline).
