The program commenced solemnly with a traditional prayer and the Deepa Prajjwalan. Following the invocation, Adaraneeya Priyamvada Didi addressed the gathering to explain the profound importance of yoga.

In her inspiring address, Adarneeya Priyamvada Didi emphasized that yoga extends far beyond physical asanas and pranayama; it is essentially a holistic way of life. She highlighted how yoga nurtures noble virtues within us, enabling individuals to constructively contribute their refined qualities to the growth of society and the nation at large.

Following this inspiring discourse, the practical session commenced. The students were guided through a systematic routine starting with gentle loosening exercises to prepare the body, followed by a sequence of standing, sitting, prone, and supine asanas. To harmonize their mental state, the participants practiced Anuloma-Viloma and Bhramari pranayama.

The successful program concluded with the chanting of the Shanti Mantra, leaving the students with a deeper understanding of yoga as a tool for personal and national upliftment.
