Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Arunachal Prant, Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti, Seppa organized the celebration of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti featuring a Traditional Dance and Drama competition on 12th January 2026 at Donyi Jalling Nyedar Namlo, Seppa. The event saw total participation of 192 attendees, comprising 128 students from different schools, 46 participants, and 16 karyakartas.
The event was distinguished by the presence of Smt. Sita Sonam Gyadi, President of WWO East Kameng as the Chief Guest and Shri Khya Sonam President of IFCSAP as the Guest of Honour. Dr. Robin Hissang, Head of the Kameng Division, shared his expertise as the resource person for the day, under the dedicated coordination of Shri Disam Sangdo. The celebration was designed to commemorate the life of Swami Vivekananda by engaging the youth through a blend of cultural expression and value-based learning.
Central to the event was a Traditional Dance and Drama Competition, which focused on indigenous heritage and moral themes. These performances were meticulously evaluated by a panel of judges from Nyedar Namlo, Seppa.
