Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari celebrated National Youth Day and Swami Vivekananda Jayanti with grandeur through its branch centers across Bharat. At Vivekanandapuram, the headquarters of Vivekananda Kendra, the celebrations were held in an auspicious manner at Swami Vivekananda Mandapam on 12th January 2025. The event was attended by more than 30 participants, including Kendra karyakartas and visiting tourists.
The program commenced with a prayer at 6.30 a.m. Mananeeya Sri A. Balakrishnan Ji, All-India President of Vivekananda Kendra, graced the occasion and addressed the gathering. In his inspiring speech, he shared profound insights on how Swami Vivekananda's teachings remain a guiding force in today’s world.
The celebration concluded with a heartfelt floral offering to the murti of Swami Vivekananda, paying tribute to the enduring legacy of this great patriotic saint.
