Namaste, Vivekananda Kendra-Karnavati Vibhag has organised Pranayam & Omkar Dhyan Satra from 01/05/2021 to 05/05/2021 virtually during the prevailing situation of Covid-19 situation. Total number of 351 registration done and on an average 180 participants were participating in the satra. Total 15 karyakarta were there in the organising team. Sushri Kanchan Agrawal Conduced the session. Shri Birju Aacharya, President, Gujarat chapter, Indian Yoga Association extended his greetings to the participants. Man. Hanumantraoji, All India Vice President of Vivekananda Kendra-Kanyakumari addressed the participants and guided the participants on how to take care of one self in this situation of Covid-19 Pandemic through pranayam in the concluding session. A yoga varg started as a follow up of this satra and average 65 participants are taking part in it.
