Coordinated by Ms. Remya Chechi, a dedicated Karyakarta of VK-VVF, recognizing the unique challenges faced during youth, the program featured an awareness session tailored specifically for adolescent girls, focusing on the critical role of hormonal balance in maintaining overall physical, mental, and emotional health. The students were guided through demonstrations and practice of specific yoga asanas designed to support endocrine health.

Beyond the physical practice, the session dove into the foundational ethical frameworks of yoga - Yama and Niyama explaining how these principles cultivate a balanced, disciplined, and healthy lifestyle.

The interactive session concluded successfully, leaving the young participants inspired to weave holistic yogic practices into the fabric of their daily routines.
